Thank you for choosing to participate in the Spring 2008 Friends and Family Campaign for Epilepsy Research.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Go to the Foudation's online donation form
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the donation form
  3. Click "e-mail page"
  4. A pop up box will open up for you to e-mail the Epilepsy Foundation's secure donation page to a friend or family member
  5. Add your e-mail address
  6. Add your friend/family e-mail address
  7. *Add your personal message [you can use your own or the one we've provided below]
  8. Click Send

*Be sure to tell your friends to make their donations in YOUR honor (which is considered an honorarium on the donation form) so that we are able to give you credit for the gift.
