Information and Referral: Community Resources (Northwest)

Epilepsy Foundation Northwest staff are on hand to offer information about epilepsy and referral to needed services via website, toll free telephone number, or email.  If you would like to visit one of our offices, please call to make an appointment.

We offer:

• Referral to Job Placement & Training Services, as well as some job training and placement through our EMPLOYMENTplus program (currently limited to Oregon and Clark County, Washington residents)
• Referral to Legal Assistance
• Referral to Respite Care
• Referral to Financial Assistance Programs
• General Epilepsy and Epilepsy Treatment Information
