Employer/Employee Awareness Education & Training

The Epilepsy Foundation of South Alabama pioneered the first Employer/Employee Awareness and Training Conferences. This program is now a national model for all affiliates. It brings together employers, support and enforcement agencies such as the A.D.R.S. and the E.E.O.C. to share much needed information on the value and rights of persons with epilepsy in the work place. The program has featured Hon. Jo Bonner, the Chair of the EEOC and Commissioners of ADRS, and other agencies.
